My wife bought this for the spare bedroom for storage and it is a nice looking and sturdy piece of furniture. When you open the box, you find a lot of parts. It looks like it will take 2 or more hours to assemble. They pack extra hardware so you should have all parts. You need to supply your own Philips screwdriver. Use a real screwdriver with a comfortable handle. I wouldn't use a cordless drill because the pressboard is very soft and you can strip out the wood easily if you over tighten. Just hand tighten until you start to feel resistance then stop. Follow the instructions closely. Use the parts list and match the parts numbers to the plastic bags. Most of the hardware is common sense, but it doesn't hurt to make sure. Thumbs up to the person who wrote the instructions. Most of the parts fit perfectly and is easy to put together. The only tricky part are the door hinges. First, there are four screw holes on each hinge that attach to the cabinet, but there are only two holes in the cabinet for each hinge. You need to add a third screw on the side of the top hole (the second top hole on the hinge). You can just muscle in the screw into the cabinet or you can use the awl on your swiss army knife and start a small dimple to make things easier. That third screw does the trick. You can also add the fourth screw to make it more secure. The other tricky part about hinge are the two adjustment screws. You need to loosen them enough so you can adjust the door so that the door closes upright and straight, and then you want to tighten the adjustment screws so that they stay upright the straight. That's why some reviewers say that the doors close on themselves. It's because the adjustment screws are too loose so the doors droop towards each other and they close on each other. One of the doors scrape on the cabinet when closing the chemical smell is pretty strong. Wipe the inside and let it air out if it bothers you. These are minor problems in my opinion. Much phrase to the company who makes this cart. Every screw, peg, piece of the furniture was there along with the easy to follow directions. Everything fit perfectly unlike some other company's piece of furniture that you need to put together yourself, and something is always missing. The order also arrived fast considering we are in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. There are two factors that made me rate the cart as 4 stars instead of 5, is the sturdiness. and maneuverability. When you have items on the cart, the cart is not as solid and sturdy when you try to move the cart. The wheels are not as easy rolling and it does not have locks to it. I added this to my kitchen recently to give all my coffee supplies & ways of brewing their own space. I absolutely love how versatile it is and it fits perfectly where I want it. There is room on top for a big drip coffee pot, coffee grinder, & nespresso machine. We keep coffee filters, bags of grounds, & nespresso pods in the little drawer. The bottom cabinet is great for storage for things you don't want lying around on the counter (I put our instant pot in there). I'm a decrepit old woman and was able to put this together easily with only one problem. When attaching the doors, I discovered that two of the necessary screw holes were not drilled. In either of the doors. Since I don't own an electric screw driver, I hammered a small nail part way in to start the hole. Then, I muscled the screw in. It was awkward and not fun, but I got it done. A suggestion for added strength you might like to try, after I finished the assembly, I applied a thick coat of extra strength wood glue to all the inside joint lines. I laid it down to do the vertical sides and allowed it to dry for 24 hours before standing it back up. Since the drawer bottom is a thin slat that is only held in place by sliding into grooves, I knew from past experience that it would not hold much weight. So, I glued along every bottom joint line, both on the inside and outside. I also let it dry 24 hours after doing the outside bottom before turning it over to do the inside. I did the inside corners as well. I'm happy to report that my drawer now holds all my cutlery, silverware, and kitchen doodads with no problems. I did buy dividers to keep it all neat. It looks great and I can find what I need easily. I love my little cabinet so much, I'm thinking of getting another. So, yes I recommend buying this. ... show more

I love this rolling island, the 26in was the perfect size for what I needed. Using this in the kitchen in my basement as there isn't much counter space and also to hold my induction cooktop. Very easy to build! The rails for the drawer were already attached on the drawer as well as the 2 body panels. Easy to follow instructions and labeling! The drawer itself isn't that deep so my silverware holder will only fit in sideways. The wheels are great and smooth when moving it around, even with stuff inside it and on top. They are hard to lock, the first time they are installed but I'm sure it will loosen up over time. The work countertop is really good quality and easy to clean. I recommend this! now I'm thinking I should've gotten a bigger one lol ... show more

We needed a small rolling cart for the kitchen. This one worked out just right. Assembly was simple with all of the parts and hardware plainly marked. As a previous reviewer said, don't use a drill or power driver to install screws. The material will not stand the torque. The only problem I ran into was in installing the hinges. The instructions show four screws to attach each hinge to the sides. There are only two pilot holes drilled for screws. It was no problem for me since I had a drill and the small bit required, but some folks might not have the same resources I have. ... show more
