Got these to help with my at home (wall palates) work out plan and they do work very well for this. These fabric bands are well made and feel like they are going to last. They are far more comfortable than the rubber bands. They feel a lot better against the skin and do not slip or roll like those do. They are still restricted to only 3 levels of resistance and they cannot fit all of your needs, but, they are a nice addition to your workout plan. ... show more

    • Very different from elastic bands
Color: Graytone
First time using fabric bands as I’m used to elastic bands. I do like how wide these bands are and the non slip material on the inside. They are all the same inner diameter which seems small when you put them in your legs. Tried squats with them and the lightest one seems to stretch a bit and give good resistance but not like the high stretch of elastic bands. It does take some getting used to. There is a limit on how much these stretch but it will be good for those exercises where the rubber band type roll up and pinch your skin. These fabric ones come with a little mesh pouch for travel but does take up more space and weight than the rubber elastic bands. Something to consider if you want to travel with them. Overall good for exercises where you don’t want the bands to roll or move on your legs. ... show more

I got these to use in my home gym but didn't want the crazy, often feminine, colors that these are generally offered in. These colors are quite neutral and better fit in with my "man cave" sort of home gym.
