It offers better cold cranking properties and low- temperature pumpability at -15C compared to conventional and synthetic blend Shell Rotella 15W-40 products. It also delivers improved wear performance versus API CJ-4 technology, extended drain capabilities for more uptime, improved protection against oxidation for increased fuel economy, compatibility with exhaust emissions control systems, and protection in extreme operating conditions and climates. Shell Rotella T6 15W-40 is suitable for use in new and older diesel-powered vehicles, from Class 8 tractor/trailers to heavy-duty pickups and delivery, utility, and school bus fleets.
