DO NOT BUY. THIS ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. I ordered this Pandora Moments Cherry Blossom bracelet charm on June 23, 2026. It was received on June 25, 2026. I gifted it to my granddaughter on July 11, 2026. The flower broke off the charm on August 14, 2026 through no fault of my granddaughter. I contacted customer service about this and they refused to give me a refund for this defective item because it was outside of the 30 day return policy window. Customers have no control receiving a refund if a defective item breaks past the 30 day return policy window. Therefore, I am giving this the worst possible review that I can.
