Good color on this eyeliner pencil and the pigment is smooth. Tends to smear and smudge during wear for me, I foundthis pencil to be very soft. I did not use any eye primer.

I was very impressed with how pigmented this eyeliner is. It’s literally a one-swipe and done product! It may be a bit too soft because when I tested it on the back of my hand the tip immediately broke off and I was being gentle. I like that it comes with a sharpener.
