I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s great, it makes my hair soft and clean without over drying it. It doesn’t weigh down my hair, and it smells good and fresh. The non-functional pump was disappointing. The product itself is amazing though! I don't have kids, so I just use this for myself, and it's so good. It lathers well, smells subtly sweet/clean, works nicely as a gentle shampoo, and can also be used as a body wash! I normally just use it as a shampoo, but knowing it won't irritate my skin at all is great. The ingredients are great if you have dry, sensitive skin or a dry/irritated scalp. Never change the formula, and consider making bigger bottles!!

If you are a parent struggling to find a wash for a child with extremely sensitive skin, please try this. My 2-year-old has severe eczema and environmental allergies. We have tried literally everything—including the "gentle" versions of big brands like Aveeno and CeraVe—and almost everything leaves her red, blotchy, and itchy. The Results: This SheaMoisture wash is the only one we have found that cleans her effectively without triggering a reaction. It is incredibly gentle. Her skin feels soft and hydrated after bath time, not stripped or dry. It also works great as a shampoo; her hair comes out clean and smooth. Practicality: As a parent, I love the packaging. The pump bottle is a good size for the value and a total lifesaver when you are trying to wrangle a wet, slippery toddler. Being able to dispense soap with one hand makes bath time much smoother.
