Wow! My 2 1/2 year old is in love with this! It moves blazingly fast and can climb over obstacles in the floor. We are so impressed with the quality. It took us a bit to figure out how to get the battery lid off as we thought it was a simple unscrew but there is also a latch on the battery door that holds everything together. So well designed that we won’t lose the screw. I took the advice of another reviewer and charged the batteries before wrapping this Christmas present and oh boy, that was a pro tip! Got the blue car for my son for Christmas. He was so excited to try it right out. With a charged up battery he was on his way driving all down the driveway, on the grass, in the garage, and back in the house on tile and area rugs. The car had amazing speed and the spinning tricks are so fun to watch. The remote was easy for my son to handle, he is 5. I read lots of reviews on lots of cars before picking this one and I am happy with my selection. I love the aspect that it has big rugged tires and is sealed to prevent dirt or moisture from hitting the internal circuit board. Also that it can drive over rugged terrain, can turn, flip, twist, etc. My kids love it. The only thing I wish was better was that you didn't have to unscrew it every time you need to charge the batteries. It's a bit of a pain but I do like that it's secure and that there are two sets. So while one is charging the other can be in play. My kids love it! ... show more

This car worked fine for about 15 minutes the. Started running without even pressing buttons on remote. Used for a while then out to charge and never worked again. Definitely will be returning
