It a good value for your money, I am able to move and do my normally daily routine without any discomfort while wearing it. It helps a lot with my posture (I slouch a lot!) but if you’re getting it strictly for your posture I wouldn’t recommend it. It doesn’t have a smell like some of the other one I have tried, it was decently easy to get on but I think I should have sized down. I wear a medium in cloths so I ordered a medium of this and ideally I would have preferred it to be a bit tighter. That is my mess up though not the companies. I find it to be very comfortable. I will be ordering a small and I will update on the sizing issues when I try the small. Over all I do like it a lot, it is definitely my favorite so far and I will be getting more.

Quality in terms of material is good, however the compression is not doing so much. They need to make XS, and work on the compression on the lower stomach. Not so much compression at all. I love the back support. I will return this but will recommend

Incredibly comfortable and a pretty nude rose shade. Despite the size chart, it's actually "bigger" than a different trainer that I purchased in the same size from the same brand, so it doesn't cinch my waist as much. With that being said, it is longer (no issues with rolling), the zipper is sturdier, and my midsection sweats more consistently. It's comfortable enough to wear on walks or to the office, while the other would just be used for shaping under clothing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This waist trainer offers excellent support and really helps with posture during workouts. The material feels strong and durable. However, it runs a little small, so it was very tight when I first tried it on. After a few wears, it became more comfortable. Overall, a solid product!
