The seams are strong and durable. The overall quality is fantastic! I wore mine all day and it was very comfortable and did not have issues with rolling up at the bottom. At first it does feel small when putting it on but it does expand to fit. It feels like nylons. In bigger sizes, the part that actually supports and slims isn't even long enough at all to suck in your stomach pouch in any sort of meaningful way. I am short and it doesn't go past my waist much.
