For me it's just okay, when you see the ads you get excited and is expecting this amazing garment to really contour and structure your body but I did not have that experience. I am 5'6 and 140lb so I really expecting to be snatched with a size small and was rather disappointed that was not the case. Like I said, for me nothing special just so so. I absolutely love this shaper. I have tried returned many shapers as they didn’t do what they advertised. This one actually did. I have a short torso and a a tummy and this one actually gave me tummy control in addition to define my waist. It does this with a smooth flattering look. It it hard to pull on but that is expected. I wear a medium to large and bought a medium. The only reason is 4 and not 5 start is the leg opening is a bit loose. It falls a little below my knee and is wide so I have to roll it up.
