This is already a replacement for a broken one. It doesn't drive straight so my son is annoyed with it. I keep trying to explain it's a toy and that's how these things are but he's a very smart, very passionate 5 year old. He played with it for 2 minutes and then was bored it wouldn't go straight.

The controller needs batteries that are not included. All ages will love to play with this robot. It has multiple modes able to be selected on the controller.
