It is extremely lightweight. I packed it in a suitcase for traveling and it didn't break. The bigger size is huge! won't fit a backpack, or standard backpack diaper bag. It's great and durable, even though it's really light. My kids have stepped on it on accident and on purpose and nothing has broken. Might be annoying to store away because it is so large, but can slide under a shelf. Which is where I store it.

My toddler loves this drawing board. The colors are super awesome, I didn’t know they even made colored ones until I started looking for one for my daughter. When I was a kid they just had black! My only critique would be that it’s definitely not the most sturdy thing in the world, and having some kind of backing on it would make it twice as good. Maybe a lap cushion or even just a plastic backing would suffice. Anything is better than nothing. Overall it works for what it needs to do and it was affordable.
