I didn't care for the feel of these pillowcases, and they are really hard to get on the pillow. That being said, I don't think that the seller in any way misrepresented them, and the price is reasonable. I just didn't think when I bought them what "soft" meant. They ARE soft, but I don't like that. They are too warm, like a flannel shirt. I prefer cooler silk like pillowcases. I thought 600 thread count would provide that. I am surprised that others give them such high ratings, but apparently other peoples tastes are different than mine. One star might be a bit low. But I wanted my review to be read by others who might have the same taste in pillowcases that I have to not make the same mistake. They are so soft that they are hard to get on the pillow straight. It is like they are too small, but I think the fabric just is so soft it grabs the pillow and doesn't want to go on. ... show more

I ordered an initial set of pillowcases, and they were good quality cotton - the sort that feels like canvas at first until you've washed them a few times. I then ordered three more sets, one each in brown, gray, and navy, but what arrived was wildly inconsistent. First - one was the wrong color; I received 2 of (kinda) the same color instead of all 3 in different colors. It's not worth sending them back as I do have brown sheets anyway, but it's not what I ordered. Second - all three came in wildly different packaging (see picture). What in the world? Third - the two that are the "same" color are different shades (see next picture). Not a huge deal to me, but definitely could be for some. Fourth - all three feel different to the touch. One is nearly as soft as a microfiber, which seems at odds with the sturdy cotton ones I ordered a couple months ago. At this point, I'll happily make use of what I received, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. ... show more
