Could not get a good print using this ink. Apparently, Sawgrass has a chip in machine and knows when you are not using Sawgrass ink. Could not find phone number or website to contact this seller either.

I am not happy because of the ink I put in my sg500 and it showed black and magneta was out of ink but yellow and blue was full can I send back these 2 colors I had to open the other to see if it was full and it did can I send back and get another one

I am finally replacing my ink and realize that the cyan ink is defective. Been trying to figure out why I could not install it into my printer and it is because it has a piece that is stuck from the production I guess, that is not on the rest of the inks. So it won’t fit.
