We love our dual salt and pepper mill. It works great, love that the stand is the charger. The only downfall is that the refills are plastic and if you do not align properly, the plastic will break. If you break more than one of the tabs, the refill container no longer stays on and then it becomes unusable. The mill also has to be aligned perfectly on charger base in order to charge, but that's a simple check as the light will light up if charging. Never had a problem with a charge maintaining. Would love to see the model upgraded to a stainless steel refill containers, but regardless am happy with product. ... show more

My husband absolutely loves this! It checked ALL the boxes when I was looking for something like this. Many others that I saw were either battery operated or you need to plug it in and charge with an adapter, which I found to be cumbersome. That's not something I want to worry about when I'm preparing my food to cook.... Is my salt/pepper shaker charged? Smh. Cuisinart thought above and beyond that and made it all cohesive with everything necessary that just makes sense. First and foremost, I love that I can charge it on a docking stand. Comes in brushed metal and the whole thing looks great on the counter matching with the rest of the decor. There's no fuss with cords and remembering to charge or deal with batteries. Secondly, the clear reservoirs has wide openings that makes refilling mess-free. I can see when it's running low on spices and refill without the need for a scoop or a syphon. I can easily just pour the spices in. The one single push button works for both ends. You just tilt and then leave your thumb on the button for as long as you need. There's no need for 2 shakers when it's literally all in one. Get this! You won't be disappointed. It is recommended to fully drain before recharging like most batteries. The docking stand has a blue light to tell when it's fully charged and a red light when it needs to be charged. We just absolutely love this! Now if only it'll cook our steaks for us... lol! ... show more

I had optimistic hopes for this grinder despite the negative reviews. But item struggles to grind Himalayan sea salt that Our current electric grinders have no problem with. It’s a shame since it seems well built and would have saved counter space being an all in one unit. I’m extremely surprised that cuisinart puts there brand on such a product ... show more
