Extra coil windings. Ceramic Magnets. More output and longer sustain than standard P-90. Phenolic bobbins. Nickel plated pole pieces. Extra coil windings combined with special ceramic magnets produce higher output, increased sustain, and more sensitivity to subtle string movements. Like all our Soapbars, the Hot P-90s have rugged phenolic bobbins and adjustable nickel-plated pole pieces for individual string emphasis.
