If you need a locking nut and don't want to spend the money on a Floyd Rose, this is the nut for you. Fits perfectly with FR or Gotoh and has a high quality build.

    • Better quality metal. Needed new screw holes!!
Put these in because in my experience, the cheap-o ones will have a tendency to strip where you tighten down the pads over the strings. One huge downside to this, is it is NOT REALLY fully compatible with the floyd nut I replaced. The included screws DO NOT match with the screws the floyd uses. They don't even go in the same direction! lol. That's just a head's up for folks expecting an easy one-for-one swap (not quite). Nonetheless, these have HARD good quality metal. Tighten them down all you want without fear of stripping. ... show more

This fit perfectly on my Jackson Soloist. I had to use 2 of the shims provided and it was a great fit. Just wish the shims were predrilled with the holes for the mounting screws. Other than that, I’m perfectly satisfied.

The nut worked great, I wish the mounting screws weren't so cheap. I might have to find some replacements.

I needed a nut with screws that wouldn’t strip because I was making my own hole to mount it. The screws that this but comes with are incredibly strong, no stripping.
