For the most part I really like this case. It seems well made, it's got a lot of shock protection, and I'm not too worried about dropping it. I like the hand strap, and the buttons work really well. There are 3 problems with it however, and one of them is a fairly big deal. First, you cannot get at the SD card without taking the case off, which is fairly time consuming and awkward to do. It would have been nice if they would have left a slot open for access to the SD card. Secondly, the screen protector is fairly cheap plastic, and I didn't even bother using it. Not a big deal, I didn't buy it for a screen protector. Lastly, and this is the main annoyance, is that it was made with the stand oriented 180 degrees off. If you use the kickstand to watch a video or to do video chat, the volume buttons are on the BOTTOM of the tablet, resting against the table. You can't adjust the volume without picking the tablet up and flipping it around again, then flipping it back upside down to put it back. This also puts the front facing camera on the bottom of the tablet, against the table. So if you were to do a video chat, the camera would be down by the table, not up at the top where it should be. I think this is a great case, I think they just made a mistake and accidentally built them with the kickstand oriented in the wrong direction. It's not something you can reverse yourself either, as it is molded in that way. I'll still happily use it for what I bought it for, which is to protect my tablet in case I drop it, but it does lack basic functions.

I really like this case but I hate the way their kick stands works. This is the second case I buy because the protection is great but the little clip that makes the kick stand stay in place in the back of the case always breaks. It's so frustrating because now my daughter cant get her tablet to stand up. I can't even return it anymore because it's been slightly over 3 months since I got the case.

Nice case, bulky but would expect so for the protection it provides. All buttons lineup and work well and having the two bezels, one with screen protector, (plastic film) and one without, so you can have something like gorilla glass. I have no complaints.
