Description

This versatile and multi-functional Seville Classics UltraGraphite Wood Top Workbench on Wheels with Sliding Organizer Drawer is constructed from industrial-strength powder coated steel. This durable workbench features a 1 inch thick, polyurethane-coated, solid wood top and 3 inch casters (two lock). The steel drawer features two stainless steel drawer pull handles, commercial- grade ball-bearing sliders, and two adjustable dividers with seven mounting positions. Partition the drawer into different width compartments and store up to 30 lbs. of tools, parts and more. The workbench measures 24 inches deep by 48 inches wide by 37.5 inches high.     • Now, its a desk for your teenager. In 20 years, they will be using it as a workbench in the garage.
This would make a great desk for a teenager. It has that industrial/tech feeling, but with the solid wood top, its' a nice piece of furniture. There is a big drawer for storage. And when your son or daughter leaves home, they can take it with them. If not as a desk, they will be using it in years to come as a workbench in the garage. Trust me, this one is a keeper. It is meant to last. Putting it together wasn't hard for a couple reasons: 1. All the tools needed for assembly are included. 2. The instructions are clear. There are also helpful diagrams. The insructions even include tips--- like when to tighten the screws all the way and when to leave them loose until the next piece is connected. 3. You get a package of extra screws ( s\o if one falls on the floor and rolls away, don't worry--you have a spare). 4. Most of the pieces have stickers on them showing you the top and bottom or front and back. 5. The pieces fit perfectly. The screw holes line up! As long as you follow the instructions, assembly will be a snap. If something doesn't seem to fit right (I speak from experience here ) go back and look at the instructions. It may be you skipped a step. Other's have commented on the weight of the top. They said it was difficutl to fip the table upright. I didn't find that to be the case (I am a sixty-ish woman and stand 5'4). What helped is that I started wtih the box laid flat. Out of the box, I slid the table top onto an old quilt, That protected the top and made it easier to slide it around on the garage floor. When it cam time to flip the workbench, I use the quilt to help lift. Once you get one side part way off the ground so you can get a good grip. you can use the wheels to pivot the table up and over until it is upright. This is my second Seville classics item, and I am really impressed with the quality. This workbench is well worth the price. ... show more

    • Solid, exactly the quality I was hoping for
I went through three different worktables before finding this one. This is a solid piece of furniture that does not look out of place in my somewhat industrial looking living room. Everything was well packed in a decent box with lots of padding. After unwrapping all pieces and doing an inventory, it took about an hour to completely assemble. The instructions were good enough to guide but the fact that each part was labeled made the difference as there are lots of pieces to put together. I'm not sure I got the drawer inserts all perfect but that's a minor thing. The bolts holding the top to the legs are robust and the screw-in inserts were all properly aligned. This table is STURDY. Unlike the other tables I'd purchased there was no side to side movement . I could place a cup of coffee on there and not worry that a jostle would spill anything. Height is good though I may need a slightly lower stool for comfort. Definitely would buy again. ... show more

I had purchased one a while back and liked it. I use it for 3d printing and when I expanded to a second printer I purchased a second workbench to create an L shaped work area. I like the wheels to move the area when not being used and the height of the table is perfect for working while standing. I just completed the second assembly and was very impressed by how easy it was. Every part is marked for identification and orientation. It comes with the tools needed to assemble.     • Very well built Workbench and easy to assemble
The only thing that you might want to confirm is how tall this is (about 37 inches) and how heavy it is (about 80 lbs). The intent of this workbench is to either stand while using it or sitting on a tall stool. The legs are heavy metal and the the work surface is finished heavy wood. It was somewhat of a challenge to put together due to the weight. The instructions are clear and everything aligned the way that it should. I was pleasantly surprised with the Quality and Ease of assembly of this table, and it was exactly what I was looking for to keep my PrimeWeld 325 Tig Welder & Mig 180 Welder on. It has a nice drawer with dividers that worked great for storing the Welder Manuals and Consumables making it perfect for my use. It is very well made, and the quality is just right for my intended use. The combined weight of the welders was too heavy for the previous table I purchased for the same use. The Heavy-Duty casters w/brakes allow storing the welders out of the way until I need to use them and then easily move them out for better access during use. I like the table so well I am considering getting a couple other styles for other uses in my shop. I also saw the same exact table with another name on it for more money elsewhere so Amazon has a great price on them which is a huge plus! ... show more
