I bought two of these shelving units for storing office supplies and printers. They are very good quality, very rugged yet easy to assemble. Highlights of my experience: 1) Products arrived on time 2) Both boxes had minor damage, mostly to the corners, but the packaging incorporates plastic protectors at all the corners so there was virtually no product damage. All parts were in the shipping box, nothing was missing. 3) I say virtually because one shelf in one box was bent out of shape and unusable. 4) I contacted Amazon through the website, spoke with a terrific customer service rep who contacted the manufacturer while I was on the phone and got me all the info needed to request a replacement for the damaged shelf. AMAZING customer service by Amazon! 5) I emailed my info and photos of the damaged shelf to the manufacturer and got a reply within a couple hours that they were shipping me a replacement shelf. AMAZING and FAST support from the manufacturer. 6) Assembling these was easy and uncomplicated. No tools needed other than a rubber mallet. 7) The boxes are heavy! You may need help to move them around. 8) All the parts are organized and packaged in separate bags. 9) The first shelf (the bottom one) is the key to assembly. Snap the retaining clips into place on each leg, lay the shelf on it's side and then slide the legs into the corner rings. A gentle push will set them in place and then simply flip the shelf so the bottoms of the legs are on the floor. Once you do that setting the rest of the shelves is easy-peasey. In summary, great product, easy assembly, and if there's a problem Amazon and Seville will solve it fast with no fuss. Overall a super-positive experience. And the shelving provides ample room for storage. One tip, think about getting shelf liners if you're storing small or thin items. ... show more

Easy to assemble if you've built a few before. Make sure you install the plastic tops correctly and you're in business. Gentle tap and the shelf locks into place. Unit is substantially more sturdy if your shelves are evenly spaced out, and always use a shelf on the base if you can. There is absolutely no chance you'll get the listed weights on these units per shelf. I'd be extremely worried about bending and ultimately failure of the shelf if you have more than 100lb per shelf. Be smart about loading them and keep your heaviest items on the lower shelves. We're using two as plant start racks with lights mounted under shelves. The shelves are plenty sturdy for this application. Will probably get 2 more for additional starts soon. Wish the additional shelves weren't so insanely priced, cheaper to buy another unit than to add shelves. ... show more

I am very pleased with these roll around storage units. I spent a lot of time looking at storage shelving. I built some wood shelves for the really heavy containers and use 3 of these roll around carts for medium sized boxes and plastic containers.
