This heavy-duty bin rack is constructed from industrial-strength steel and measures 24” wide by 14.25” deep by and 56” high fully assembled on wheels (53” high on leveling feet). The 7 shelves and 4 poles are coated in a durable epoxy finish for protection against corrosion in dry environments. This patented design features 12 large high-impact polypropylene (HIPP) bins, 2 bin dividers, and 12 labels. Both four 3” heavy-duty rubber wheels (2 locking) and four adjustable leveling feet included. NSF Certified - NSF/ANSI Standard 2 - Food Equipment for commercial and restaurant use. Excellent shelves! The plastic sleeves all have a top and bottom. The thinner plastic sleeve goes up, the thicker part of sleeve goes down. These plastic sleeves are tapered and if put on upside down, the sleeves will move when adding the metal racks. Put the plastic sleeves on and leave them just above the grooved lines on the metal legs. When all 4 legs have their sleeves on, then slide a metal rack onto the legs and gently tap the rack while squeezing each plastic sleeve together with your fingers until all 4 corners are snug, repeat. Each rack has a front and a back. Also, do not put racks on upside down. There should be a lip standing up on 3 sides of each shelf, not down, down would make the shelves flat. This long review is for all the people like me who would not figure out how to put this shelf together without this information, lol! Yes on commercial grade! ... show more

My husband and I have put wire shelving together but the product is not easy to assemble. Shelves did not lock because they slipped out of the slip sleeves. Used rubber mallet and they would still not locked. We are sad that this will not work.

These shelves were the perfect fit for a tight space in a workshop at my vacation home. I'm glad I totally disregarded the review stating they could not put them together. I had no trouble at all, and although it is easier with 2 people so one can hold the poles upright when putting the shelves on, I'm very happy with the fit of this shelf and especially the bins. This is the best piece of storage management I have in my workshop. I can really only attribute the one about not able to put this simple thing together as user error. ... show more

    • What I wish I would have known BEFORE setting it up

The directions are terrible. Now that I have bought a few other shelving units with a similar style I know how to actually put this one together correctly and will be going back to do that. That will hopefully solve the lack of stability of the unit and how it seems to sway a bit when wheeled around. The CORRECT way to install is to have those plastic clips hook onto the ribbed sections on the poles. Wiggle it around a bit and it will suddenly not move - these MUST be in those positions so that the shelf will not fall down as you pound it down with the rubber mallet. DO NOT do what I did and that was put the black plastic things wherever and then try to pound the shelves down. The directions are woefully lacking in this explanation. Hopefully it'll help at least one of you. I'll update this review if I am able to successfully remove the shelves and re-assemble the correct way. ... show more

So it helped me assemble the shelving unit together…by watching a utube video 1st…u have to watch how u install the shelves I did it wrong the first time then after watching it a few times I noticed what I was doing wrong…I love u tube anything then I can tackle most things…
