The media could not be loaded. Item is defective. No power even after plugging in to power outlet. Trying to return the item, and no pre-paid return label provided. Requested seller to send us pre-paid return label, but seller refuses to send us pre paid return label. Seller asked us to take pictures of item with no power after plugged in to confirm that the item is really not working. Pictures sent, and now seller is saying that the adapter in our picture is not the one that they sent us. Then where was this adapter come from? They sent a picture of an adapter that was supposed to be in the package. I replied to seller saying that they sent a WRONG ONE because those two adapters look different and that they made a mistake. Seller replied saying " Why you say we sent the wrong adapter? Have you ever get the wrong adapter for the piano?" With out any apology, that was the answer I got from them after all this. They said they would send us a new adapter and asked us to confirm if the piano is working with a new adapter. A new adapter came after 9 days (3/18), we tested the piano with a new adapter and IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. I took a video of the whole thing to show them it still doesn't work. I cannot write a review on the quality of the product, but I'm very dissatisfied with the service. I'm posting this video here because I cannot upload on the email that I'm sending to the sender due to attachment size limit. ... show more
