The media could not be loaded. We are so glad we purchased this electric piano! The piano teacher told us that the most important to look in a piano is: 88 full sized keys weighted and this piano is perfect for what we were looking for. My daughter's just started piano lessons and they can play together. Also, I don't have too much space available or $, so the price and the size of the piano is perfect, the sound quality is amazing, very easy to assemble and the appearance is great!     • Keys are not weighted properly, hard to return!!
The piano at first looked good. Easy to assemble and materials looked ok. We bought it for the kids to learn. But I realized the keys are not weighted properly. It should make a lower sound for lighter taps. Also none of the demo songs are actual piano songs. They are mostly what I am guessing to be local songs or things like holiday music played with organ sound. Found this interesting, it made me think the makers may not be targeting customers who want to use this to play classical music etc. Most importantly, when I wanted to return it because of the weighted key issue, Amazon basically told me to arrange shipping with the seller and seller would process the refund! There is no regular Amazon backing for returns. I cannot even pack this thing back to its original box, I don’t remember how each piece was arranged. I was expecting to take it assembled to an Amazon warehouse. But no, you are on your own ... show more
