I bought this for my 10 year old. He had some in the past and loved them but needed new ones. We just received these and they are terrible! We could barely get them to work. You will be out of breath fast trying! Very cheaply made! I will be returning them.

Looks great from outside. As soon as you Try to make some sounds you realiE it is almost impossible. My 3 yo, 7 yo and 11 yo barely can blow it. The worst is trumpet You just blow and blow and no sound just woosh. Probably return this.

Our twins started middle school, and came home with a trumpet and clarinet. I broke out my saxophone so that our 4 year old didnโ€™t feel left out when they practice. This set was perfect so that he can have all 3 of our instruments! We are teaching him some responsibility with these, because he has goals to โ€œhave a real instrument in a few yearsโ€ as he says. These are difficult to play and make very little sound especially the trumpet. They are made of cheap light plastic. Not fun for a child that usually loves instruments I buy. Very cheaply made. Sound is basically non existent. Very hard for the kids to blow hard enough to actually get the sound to come out. These should have cost no more than 5$ each. Super over priced for the quality. Please don't buy this product.
