Our twins started middle school, and came home with a trumpet and clarinet. I broke out my saxophone so that our 4 year old didn’t feel left out when they practice. This set was perfect so that he can have all 3 of our instruments! We are teaching him some responsibility with these, because he has goals to “have a real instrument in a few years” as he says. I bought this for my 10 year old. He had some in the past and loved them but needed new ones. We just received these and they are terrible! We could barely get them to work. You will be out of breath fast trying! Very cheaply made! I will be returning them.

Looks great from outside. As soon as you Try to make some sounds you realiE it is almost impossible. My 3 yo, 7 yo and 11 yo barely can blow it. The worst is trumpet You just blow and blow and no sound just woosh. Probably return this.

Trumpet didn't even work out of the box and the pieces break off so easily. The other two instruments broke within two days. You also have to blow quite hard to get a sound out on most of the notes. Overall, junk.
