For starters I’m very happy with it. Everything lined up as it should and was not a big hassle to assemble. You might think you need help for a couple steps but if you just get the appropriate screw(s) shoved in it’s spot, the piece with hold just fine and then you can deal with the washer/nut fastening easily. It roomy and solid but, to me, also pretty heavy and while it was easy enough to fold down its a real wrestling match to get it back up again. Maybe I’ll get better at it but just beware you can’t just grab it and whisk off to another spot without some muscle involved. So I was hesitant to spend so much on a “plastic outdoor chair” but I can tell it’s going to last a long time. Go ahead, just get it!

Love the unique color of these chairs compared to other brands. Also, the style of this particular Adirondack chair is another great unique feature as it is a bit more compact than some but without compromising style, comfort or features- the added swivel away cup holder is super special! I was initially a bit worried this added feature might make the chair look too cheap-y and/or really enhance the fact that they are not natural wood like an original, beautiful, authentic Adirondack chair it is modeled after would be, but actually it doesn’t impact that part at all! I am very pleased with the way the chair looks overall in fact , as it is definitely not outwardly clear that it is not made of real wood like some outdoor more weather safe materials can sometimes appear - unfortunately making them look tacky and cheap /too plastic-y, but these ones are absolutely perfect and do not look overly plastic-y AT ALL, nor do they look cheap or tacky . The price of this pair for that added feature value on top of the design and high-end poly look that could easily appear as treated wood over synthetic material is an absolute can’t-be-beat find as far as I am concerned and a can’t-be-beat deal! Will likely purchase a couple more to match in the near future !

Ordered the Apple color and is exactly as shown online. These are not oversized but an adult of average size will be able to use them and be comfortable. Instructions say it takes 20 minutes to put each chair together, I would say it takes more than 20 minutes... but the second one definitely goes faster; and yes, one person can put the chairs together. All the hardware (e.g. screws, etc.) is clearly labeled which makes it very easy to identify which one you should use. Last comment, while the original delivery was scheduled for a week to week and a half - they came in just a few days.

This chair was fairly easy to assemble and would be for anyone who's had even limited experience with using tools. The directions were clear, and all the tools needed were included. I chose this model because the back and seat slats were already attached, saving me a lot of time. I was able to assemble it in about an hour. The plastic "boards" are heavy and should last a long time. The seat slats did bow a little the first few times I sat in it (I weigh only 115 pounds), but they are stretched enough that they don't do that. I'm hoping the plastic won't continue to do that. I do like that it's easily foldable so I can bring it in in the winter to make it last longer. The locking mechanism is sturdy and a nice safeguard to keep the chair from collapsing when you sit in it. It can be a little wiggly, but it's not a big deal to me. My only complaint about it is that the back has no lumbar support like my old, cheap plastic Adirondack chairs. I have to use a lumbar support to make it comfortable. The manufacturers could have molded the back to include that support, which would have been very helpful. The chair has a pretty deep angle to the seat, moreso than my old, cheap chairs, so some may find it hard to get up out of it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The chairs look nice on our patio. They fold easily. The first one took a little time to put together but all necessary pieces were included and all holes pre drilled correctly. They are comfortable. They have a slight wood grained appearance which looks nice.

First, I have to mention how well packed and organized the hardware and parts are. Not a bag of nuts and bolts, but CLEARLY marked and separated. The instructions are well illustrated and clear. We only hit one snag at the very end of the assembly, where one of the two bolts spun around in the receiving sleeve inside the back leg brace. It went in enough to be sturdy, but with all of that other perfection it was surprising. Still, this product is excellent. The chair is comfortable, good looking and fun!

I love these chairs. I’ve only had them for 2 weeks so I can’t speak on longevity. However they are super comfortable and durable. As someone with a heavier family, I have no concerns about their ability to hold up. Folding is a little awkward but it does work which will be nice for storing in the winter. It was a little hard to get the pegs back in though that keep it from folding when using and it’s heavy so I wouldn’t buy if you’re looking on pulling out and storing away frequently. The instructions are terrible and very frustrating. All the pieces are in one box with numbers that you have to cut through the cardboard. at one point a couple of washers went flying when I was trying to get a bolt out. I wish they were in separate numbered baggies.
