TL;DR: Comfy, sturdy chairs. A bit heavy to move around, terrible assembly instructions. The pros outweigh the cons, no contest. Don’t be deterred by the small number of reviews. I’m fat. I’m so self-conscious about getting in and out of Adirondack style chairs that I prefer to stand. But I thought, in the privacy of my own yard, I could appreciate the lounging experience. These chairs won my purchase for the built-in ottoman feature, the adjustable positions, the folding capability, and for not being a garish color. (The blue is not bright like the first photo, the darker color seen in the photo of the seat is truer to life.) I was/am skeptical about how the features worked in reality. It sounds like they do so much that they would break or be impossible to assemble. I am pleasantly surprised. Functionality: The mechanics/design is more simple than I expected. The trick for all the features to work, truly, is not over tightening the fasteners. Quality: The material feels like the slats from those fake wood porches. It doesn’t have give like plastic chairs. Once the chair is settled on the ground, it’s very stable. Use: Really comfortable, both with and without the ottoman section extended. The cup holders are further back on the arm rest, but that means they aren’t in the way when I’m sitting or getting up. That said, folding up the chairs and moving them around is awkward. If you’re short (5’2”), there isn’t a good way to hold them folded and walk without something dragging. They are about 20lbs, but not heavier than I expect for this style of chair. To the manufacturer: please redo the instructions. The diagrams are too small and confusing. Note: Originally gave these 4 stars for the instructions, but I bumped up to 5 stars cause I love sitting in these chairs. Instructions are fleeting, lounging is forever.

We ordered 4 chairs. They were well packaged and arrived early. They were fairly easy to assemble. I question how often we might need to tighten up some of the hardware but overall, pleased with the purchase. The foot rest works well but we found changing the recline positions a little bit of a pain. We don’t really anticipate using that feature much so no big deal. Color seems accurate. We are pretty average size folks and find them to be comfortable chairs.

Best chair ever. It's comfortable, adjustable and has side drink holders for a cup or can and the other side for a wine glass. The color is as shown and my favorite feature is the foot stool that actually retracts so you can save space when not in use. The material is a wood grain look but a thick durable plastic. It's sturdy and a solid weight. I wish I had the space for more as the price is right for such a great quality product. The only con is whoever wrote the assembly instruction did a horrible job. It does not describe what to and the pictures leave you questioning if you are putting the part in the right place. Best advice take your time, look at the picture & think what makes sense for the part & possible location as some images make you question which hole or area.

I got these a few months ago from my new patio! I put them together. It was very simple. The instructions were easy to follow! They are hardy and I expect to enjoy them for years to come. They’re definitely sturdy and they don’t blow in the strong ones we’ve had lately they’re very comfortable complete with cupholders and a phone rest! And the color is beautiful.

So far I love these chairs. I haven’t had them but a few days but they look great and they sit very well. I love these chairs fact that they fold up. The only issue we had was one bolt was missing threads. It’s a specialty bolt so needless to say the big box stores don’t carry them. I contacted customer support and they responded very quickly and are sending a new bolt to me.

The chair is fine, the instructions not so fine. I stared at it for an hour before I started. Ladies whatever you do put the pins in before you start. If you don't, it will collapse on you and leave angry bruises. I had to reposition some pieces because the pictures were inadequate. The manufacturer needs at least 3-4 more diagrams or even color code the pieces to the depictions. It took about 2 1/2 hours to put together instead of 25 minutes. Also, the pull out the footrest and attach the legs and brace to help stabilize the seat, etc before assembly. I'm a 72 yo short woman and I used all of my yoga moves to put this thing together with the tools provided. ( I also need surgery on both elbows and wrists.) You can do this thing if you put your mind to it! It will be beautiful in my gardens once I get it there. It is very heavy!
