The media could not be loaded. This Portable power station is hands down as of this post, the BEST VALUE FOR MONEY on Amazon right now. I can not believe how fast this this charges and does so at the stated 800w!!! I wanted a truly portable charger that I could take and use in my SUV during the King of Hammers off-road event. It gets to around 38degrees at night and I wanted something that could charge my drone batteries in the day and have enough juice to keep my heated blanket on all night in a freezing truck. My other 298wh and 500wh portable chargers are good for charging batteries, but die after a few hours using an electric blanket. This one keeps a 12v heated blanket on for 19hours! That’s insane given the fact that my other stations only keep the blanket on for up to 6hrs tops. The rates Wh hours stated is around 1048wh. The heated blanket at 100percent battery charge was 53wX19hrs = 1004wh which is very close to the stated amount. Many top name brands are not honest about this and you will get far less than they’re stated. I was also able to power an 1500w heater for one hour! Just the fact that I could turn that heater on was impressive and at 1500w setting, it read only 820w on the power station. However, when I plugged in another 1500w heater, the 2000w surge protector turned off the power station due to overload, which I thought was a great safety feature. There so four usb type C connectors ranging from 18w-100w output. There is also a silent charging mode if you want to trickle charge the unit, but WARNING- it will reduce the super charging of 800w input down to 240W input, which will take possibly 8 plus hours to charge. You will need 200watt solar panels IMO, or you won’t be able to charge it completely in the day. Only cons so far is that it does not seem to be able to stack charge multiple units, which would be nice at this $350 price range. Other top name brands whose quality is about the same as this one, but with 2000wh capacity charge up to $1200 and more. If you could stack these, you can get close to four of these and have 3000wh-4000wh for the same price! Value for dollar as of this post, it has EVERY PORTABLE charger on Amazon beat In my research. And Servomaster is coming out with a 2000w, 4000w and 5000w that is going to blow all of the current generators out of the water. This one’s a go guys! Don’t be fooled by other rebrands selling their name with less features than this one. Once top reviewers gets their hands on this and the heavy duty power stations Servomaster is coming out with, it’s a matter of short time that Servomaster’s name will be a top contender and the prices will double. There are so many features I didn’t mention. But…get one or two for that matter. You will thank me later!

Talked to the seller a couple of times but couldn't reach nobody at the servomaster company about my problem, the 12v output is not regulated, if it's not 3 or 4 watts pulling from the 12v output after 15min. It will cut the 12v output off that's not good when using a 12v DC refrigerator they cycles on and off sometimes 20 to 30min before coming back on but the 12v DC is off so your food will spoil or get hot ,the seller said I could use the app but there is nothing in the app to control the 12v DC from staying on there is one to keep the 120v AC on. I have several power station's this is the worst one.

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF: if access to features via the app is important to you, be sure you double check the permissions before you accept the download. they share your personal data, they don't encrypt anything, and they don't provide a way to delete your personal data. the app is not mentioned at all and the user manual, and there's a typo in the app name here on Amazon. However, I couldn't even download the app to see what it offers, because the Google Store said it wouldn't work with my Galaxy tablet. I'm guessing it at least shows usage statistics and the current status, whether it allows you to fine-tune it's performance is the question. I can tell you that it has high and low temperature protection and the low temperature protection actually works. if you try to charge it while it's cold, it will trickle charge until it warms up and automatically ramp up the charging once the battery temperature is above a certain level. it's also supposed to stop output if the temperature gets below it's lower threshold, -20°c/-4°f but I haven't used it that cold yet. as of this review I have only tested AC charging from the wall, and discharging to my Galaxy tablet overnights via USB-A on both the 12w &18w ports and it took about 3 weeks to discharge to empty. I have not tried charging the via the solar input, nor the 12v car charging input.
