I have 8 outdoor bar stools that I store under this cover. There is a cord at the bottom you can pull to cinch it up. But it is difficult to tighten it up enough to keep the cover from flapping in the wind. It is securely tied to the stools so the cover does not blow off. The wind can still cause it to flap. It is too lightweight of material. Even though it comes with straps to hold it down, wind gets underneath the fabric. It blows up like a balloon and is not attractive. Guess it does it’s job but I’d prefer something a little heavier.
