This is a great comforter for the price. It’s super fluffy, like a marshmallow. I purchased the all-season comforter. I tend to run hot at night, but I like the feel of billowing softness all around me, without causing me to get heated. This one seems to fit the bill. I haven’t washed it yet, so I’m not sure how it washes. It’s so fluffy, though, I don’t know how I’d fit it all into my large capacity washer, like shoving a marshmallow through a keyhole. The comforter and mattress topper don't quite reach that same level of illusion, but they are still very comfortable. I love the weight of this comforter. I am a duvet cover user and the most difficult thing about them is finding a comforter to fit properly. I don't want an insert to slide around inside the duvet or have lots of extra fabric as it looks sloppy and unkempt. I ordered this one based on the size and it was of the Serta brand. Once received, I wasn't all that impressed, but again, I wanted something to completely fill my duvet cover and was willing to give this one a shot. I fluffed it up in the dryer (I have a big one) which made a tremendous difference. Once I inserted it in the duvet cover à la the roll it method, it felt soft as a cloud and looked puffy like I wanted. It absolutely earns ALL the stars. If you are on the fence about ordering this, don't be... it's wonderful. You will not want to leave the comfort of your bed. Just be sure to fluff it to get the luxurious softness and feel.
