The product- Very nice, sturdy mattress. Took a chance with it and bought it when there was zero review. Turns out to be quite a nice choice. I do prefer a hybrid mattress with pocketed springs so this one checks that off nicely. First impression: this feels softer than a firm mattress but has very nice support. Ofc it’s not tempur-pedic but it also doesn’t break the bank. No squeak, nice movement isolation, nice edge support. I look forward to lying on it every night. Delivery- Very nice. Got some issue with Amazon delivery window the first time but my local carrier is super patient and accommodating. Redelivery was scheduled fast and the delivery itself feels like a white glove service from some top-notch furniture companies. Very brilliant service indeed. Overall- If you want a slat-of-wood kind firm mattress, this might not be for you. But if you want a mattress that help with back pain (I have scoliosis for years and sometimes need to take meds to go to sleep) and give good support for a good night sleep, this is it. Also, have to mention: it’s really good price for the product. I slept on many mattresses before and the only one I think would surpass this is the purple mattress and tempur. Well, the shipping was a bit of a nightmare, it should have come on the 10th, my notifications said it was at my local post office on the 4th. Upon further inquiry I found out it was not, but it was waiting in limbo because they didn't have a phone number to reach me. Once we sorted it out it did arrive on the 14th. It came in a torn up, disheveled box. However, it is comfortable, pretty firm, and wasn't nearly as heavy as the memory foam mattress we switched it out for. This is by far one of the best mattresses ive ever owned, however, when i called customer service and asked whether or not this would come in a compressed box they said it probably would, but it didnt. Be warned!! If you need to move this mattress up mutiple flights of stairs, taking it out of the box it comes in, and folding it in half with strong straps is the only way you'll be able to move it up stairs without scratching up the walls.
