Assembling a trampoline the size, it’s like moving when you’re a young adult. Order pizza get some beverages. Invite some friends and make it fun. This 14 foot trampoline is totally worth a set up. I invited two of my husband‘s friends and they had it together in an afternoon honestly, we could’ve done it with just two people, but three was more fun. This features of 14 foot jumping surface, which is one of the largest trampolines I’ve seen you can get great height and slam dunk basketball balls into the basketball hoop. There’s already a great ladder and it can hold 450 pounds on the bouncing surface. To make it a bit safer, the curved poles at a little extra room as the netting goes up over 70 inches. The zippers are all secure. The netting is high-quality and the springs are padded. With a spring puller, the 84 springs went on easily And insured a very high bounce. This is suitable for kids and adults. This is an improvement from our older, smaller trampoline, especially the U-shaped legs. This gives it a lot more stability on the grass, With a family business, we don’t take long summer vacations. This provides a lot of fun for our teenagers and give them a safe place to have a lot of fun.

I can not recommend this product enough. I ordered the 8ft trampoline and it was perfect for our family. It is not too big and doesn't take up the entire yard like many others and the stability of the leg design is phenomenal. We have had windy nights where I live with wind gusts of up to 30 mile an hour and that thing does not move. We had a small problem with some of the straps on the jumping mat breaking after about 6 months but we reached out to the company to let them know, sent photos, and within a week they had a new mat on its way to us. Talk about customer service- literally, no one is that easy to work with anymore! Highly recommend this product and company.

We looked through a lot of reviews before deciding to go with this trampoline. We were looking for one on the smaller end that can fit in our small backyard and can accommodate my teen kid as well. We are delighted to end up with this trampoline and have been using this from last 6 months and my kids have gotten a ton of use out of it almost every day since we purchased it. The included instructions were clear and was valuable for assembling the product. Having an extra set of hands can indeed make the process easier, and the tools provided was very helpful in getting the springs hooked properly. The padded edges, the secure net enclosure, and the zippered entrance with a lock provides peace of mind that the kids won't accidentally bounce off the trampoline and injure themselves. This trampoline was able to accommodate both kids and adults, offering a versatile space for recreational bouncing as well as workouts. It's a hit with the whole family! Customer Support is responsive and helpful. We had an issue with one of the trampoline legs and reached out to customer service to have replacement parts sent. They were so prompt to respond & sent over the missing parts within 2 days! We really love the product and the customer service that comes with it.

Box came damaged but the parts were fine and nothing was missing. Assembly was not bad, I did mostly by my self with support from my 7 year old son, it took us a couple hours but we had some breaks :) Kids are loving it, really nice quality and the size was perfect for my space.

First of all, it's a great product. The trampoline is very well designed and my kids love it. We purchased the 8ft trampoline. Three of us had it assembled in just a couple hours. Our one mistake was not using anchors(you're going to want to get some if you live in a windy area). We are at the top of a hill and the wind took it right into our busy street during a storm. The poles that hold up the safety net bent and some of them broke off . After putting it off for too long I finally reached out to customer service and they were amazing! Within one week they shipped all the replacement parts for FREE. I still can't believe it! This company stands by their products and really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Update 3: Tonight ANOTHER spring broke and snapped up and hit my kid on the leg, leaving a huge bruise right away and a small cut. SUPER UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT. Update 2: Springs keep breaking! Not happy with the quality of this product. It's 2 months old and getting moderate use by one kid under 80lbs. UPDATE: The metal stabilizing foot came off the leg after 2 mos. of use by one kid. Hopefully they will send us a replacement part! Happy with the product! The assembly instructions were obtuse at best and barely referred to what the components were, let alone the order of operations. The trampoline itself is great though.

Our kids have been begging for a trampoline. We have a smaller yard, so I wasn't sure if we would be able to fit one. I found this smaller one available and it fit perfectly. We have a 5, 7, 9 year old. We let them just two at a time. My husband put it together in less than in hour. The kids really enjoy it and say they can jump very well. They've spent hours on it. I've also jumped on it and it was great. We live in a very windy location and it's been stable. We had previously ordered from another company that kept delaying for 4 months and it never arrived. We canceled that one and ordered this one. We were so happy with how quickly this one arrived.
