  • Yes! This is the board for you!!
Color: Marine Blue
This is our second SereneLife board. We got our first board three years ago (pictured above). It is still working just like the day we unboxed it!! But as you can see we have out grown one board and a second board was necessary. The first board performed so well under heavy use I knew I wanted to get another SereneLife board. I have been so impressed with the quality of all the boards I have gotten from them. It is a great design and wonderful for the cost. It rolls up easy for transport. The leash is comfortable, the carrying bag is plenty big enough to fit everything in, and is good quality. The design and colors are so beautiful and striking, we love that! The paddle is adjustable, which is great because it fits both me and my kids. My kids love this board! We mostly stay in smooth water, lakes, and such. However,(I don't recommend you do the following) I have taken it in small surf at the beach and down small rapids in a river in Washington state. It performed well and held up perfect! These boards are great for both a beginner and a paddling family like mine. I'm a 5'3" female and I can carry and transport it easily by myself. I have used other brand boards both higher and lower priced. They have had tracking trouble, look cheap, or have had bubbling. SereneLife boards are superior! Worth every cent! Pros: Pumps up solid decks are slip free Extremely stable Performs well (even with extra kids and dogs on board) The three fins system make for a board that tracks straight Adjustable paddle means everyone can paddle made of durable material (we use our 1st board a lot and it's like new!) all parts fit in the backpack easy to store and transport company is great to work with-My second board had a problem with the deck, and customer service was quick, responsive, and they solved the problem for me right away. Bungees on the front hold dry bags and water bottles secure. Cons- I don't have any cons. Buy one get out and live life! I would absolutely recommend this company and their products! ... show more

  • Used 40+ Times This Season, LOVE it
Color: Orange
I have a great stretch of calm river near my house so I was able to paddle a couple times a week through the spring & summer. It has been an amazing escape for me and I had no idea how much I'd love doing it. The board is high quality and very comparable in shape, weight, and materials used to most other name brand inflatables I've encountered (NRS, High Society, etc.). It holds air very well, losing less than a pound of air pressure when left strapped to the roof of my car for a week, I inflate it to 15 psi every time. It is very stable and easy to stand on in calm water. The fins are solid and do their job, I've had the big one removed for the last month to navigate shallow water and its been no problem, it just turns more when you paddle. I did go out on a big, wind-chopped lake once and the board became a wet noodle, had to paddle from my knees. This is not a criticism, just the reality of the conditions and me being a large guy (6'1'', 190 lbs.) on a standard sized inflatable. If I buy a second board, I'll probably get one that's a little larger for stability on rougher water. I'll reiterate though that this one is excellent for calm water, even for larger people. As for the accessories, I would say overall they met expectations at this price point. The pump is great and I'm able to inflate / deflate with about 5-10 minutes of pumping, easy. One quick note: be sure the little springy button on the air valve is in the UP position when you attach the pump, otherwise all the air will rush out when you remove it. Serene Life makes an electric pump for $60 if you want that option. The oar is fine too, though a plug on one of the sections fell out and disappeared at some point. Not sure what it was for and not worried about it. The buckle strap I received that holds the rolled up board together is useless, the buckle doesn't hold. I recommend getting NRS tie-down straps for that and for your roof anyway, they're very inexpensive and work amazingly well. The ankle leash is really nice and comfortable to wear. The backpack bag is solid but just barely big enough to hold everything if you get it packed perfectly, I wish they would have put a little more room in it. I did hike for about 30 minutes each way to an alpine lake with it and it was comfortable to wear for that period of time. There are starting to be more options in the <$400 price range as SUP gets more popular so certainly do your research. However, for right now I think this model is excellent and every bit as good as far more expensive ones. I knew I was going with one of the cheapest options so wasn't expecting perfection, but was hugely impressed after working the board hard for a few months. I think the company takes the product seriously and has improved it steadily over a few models. Get this one or something similar, you won't regret it. ... show more

  • Lasted over seven years!
Color: Olive Green
This was my first SUP and I love it! Took it mostly in rivers and it did great with some rapids as well as stillwater . It’s very stable with three fins. It’s lasted me through seven seasons, dozens of rides . Sometimes my fin would break off, but that was because of rocks. I recently sprung a hole because of low clearance on top my car and I’m thinking of buying the same one. It’s done me that good. Only issue was the bag is too small, but not a big deal. Lightweight and all the features I needed. Takes about 10-15 min to inflate with hand pump. ... show more

  • Love It
Color: Aqua
To be fair, it’s not perfect, but for the money, you cannot beat it. Purchased for a camping trip. I am not an experienced SUP guy, so I’m coming at this from a beginner/intermediate standpoint. I do have one other rigid board, and I’ve tried a few other inflatables. The pros of this one are that it is very light, well made, and very, very stable. It’s light enough that you can pack the entire thing, including the paddle and pump, in a backpack-sized bag, which Is included and has backpack straps and a carry handle. It’s quite convenient and the bag and board are both clearly quite robust. While I don’t advocate hitting sticks and rocks with an inflatable paddleboard, this took some punishment with barely a scuff. I also like that the board comes with a large removable center fin and two permanent smaller fins. A lot of boards have either one single fin or three molded-in fins. I think the fin configuration on this board is ideal and allows the board to track very well. The negatives are minor and could better be viewed as trade-offs for the stability. The board is pretty thick, and rounded at the front. I find this makes the board slow and not very maneuverable. The fact that it tracks so well and is so stable, also means that it turns like an aircraft carrier. As a board for beginners, choppy water, doing yoga, taking pets or fishing, this board will excel. ... show more
