I have gone through two and they both lasted less than a season. I live in a mild location so it is only used around August and January. You will start to notice a decline and then it just pushes air with next to little change in temperature. I got mine months late so by time I realized it was failing it was almost expired. They sent a new one to replace it but refused to up the warranty but asked for a 5 star rating. The second one failed as well in the exact same time. Everything sounds like it works but the air just stays unchanged. I called them back and they just politely told me to kick rocks. I think they know their product will break. I got a new ac and it has been perfect. My old one from a decade ago still works as well… just not any serene life product I have gotten.

This air conditioner is perfect, it has everything I wanted in one compact, portable unit. I had a large workshop space which was not conditioned in any way. I was really happy to find this unit that not only provides me cooling in the summer but will provide heat via heat pump in cold weather. It’s the best of both worlds and an inexpensive way to achieve everything I wanted without any complex installation. This unit moves anywhere easily, being on casters and only requires a small opening to be able to vent. It is a great capacity for a large space too. My space is about 400sqft and it is easily able to keep up with demand. I like having the extra capacity though in case of extreme heat or cold. This unit has wifi control as well which is handy. I can raise or lower the temperature remotely, for example, bumping up the cooling on my way home when I plan to work in the garage and don’t want to wait for it to cool. It works terrific and operates quietly. There is some noise with the fan, but that is it. Overall great unit.

This AC unit works very well, it is ice cold and quiet. Setup was fairly simple. I have been monitoring the electricity usage on our home electric app and can see that our electricity usage is significantly lower since we are just using this in our room at night instead of the whole house AC

I really like this concept, but the final outcome didn't work as expected, I mean, is an in-between within the fact that it can cool, but doesn't cool enough to be "the ideal cool", and then *THE NOISE*, IT RUINS EVERYTHING, I mean the cooking capacity is good, but you can get deaf if you sleep with that thing turned on.
