Update 10/10/22 - eight days past Amazon's (excellent) return policy - mattress developed a hole in a seam on top. Tried repair kit that came with mattress. Did not hold. Look at other pictures from customers. The same type of slit popped in middle of the night. Update 10/11/22 - since beyond return window, I have to deal with the manufacturer warranty. Got a ticket number from their online agent and a promise of email response in 12-24 hrs. Update 10/13/22- Didn't get email. Called customer service who explained he's in a call center and couldn't connect me directly. Another email is promised. Original review: I've had many air mattresses. This sleeps as well as the Englander - great. But the vinyl/plátic smell is strong!!!! 3 days in and still it stinks. Gives me a headache. I'll let you know when it dissipates. ... show more

I purchaced 3 blow-up mattress with one main requirement: I wanted to have them stay inflated all night long when we have guests sleep on them. I didn't like our previous ones as they would be good for a year and then they would sag while someone slept. You could refill in the.middle.of the night but the loud noice wasn't good. I've only used less than a handful of times. I enjoyed the comfort and rest I got until the last time. The bed inflated just as it did previously. The pump remained plugged in and within 2.5 hours I was laying flat on the floor. I I reordered another one and returned the defective bed. Lets hope this new bed lasts longer than the first. I have an Intex on standby in case the replacement gives me problems. ... show more

I bought this along with a memory foam mattress cover made for an I inflatable bed. ( Hanson's I think) this bed was easy to set up, I took it to my sons place when I visited and it was comfortable all 5 days. I'll definitely take it next time I go anywhere.

I have ordered two twin Serenelife Raised Air Beds and the comfort dial on both have not worked. There is a loud buzz that never stops if the comfort dial is engaged. (which it must be to re-inflate bed to selected level). I have a Serenelife Air bed in a double and it works perfectly and I have had it for two years. The quality of the bed itself is good, however the price is higher because of this convenient feature. I sent the first twin back and received a second one and it has the same problem. I have contacted the company and they were to forward the message and an email with instructions for me was to be sent. I have not received the email after 4 days. I would not recommend this particular bed because the convenient comfort dial feature has not worked on 2 of the 3 beds ordered. ... show more
