The attachments aren't small enough to get into the holes and, even if they were, it does not have enough power to actually clean anything. I was excited to use this as my daughters got it for me for Christmas. Now I have to return it because it sucks.... or doesn't as it were.

Vacume works well. Great for anyone that has hearing aids. I clean both the hearing aid speaker and the rubber dome that fits in your ear. I also clean the little microphone holes from any hair or dandruff .

I tried one out on my hearing aids, but it failed to clean them. Maybe this product only works with hearing aids which have a larger opening.

I have in the ear hearing aids and have a drying machine for the night. My hearing aids occasionally stop working because of moisture or build up. I intended to use this for a little more cleaning. This machine does not work. It barely suctions lint. Worst of all, you're stuck with it. Buyer beware. This is powered with double AA batteries which probably should have been an indication that it would not be powerful but I didn't expect it to be this bad. Really have no clue what to use this for. Beyond disappointed.
