Some say the raw is better. My cats don't think so. They eventually will eat these as treats when they are really hungry. I do like they are getting some pumpkin in as it's supposed to be good for their digestion. All my pets go crazy for this stuff...my dog and 3 cats. I had some freeze-dried nuggets from other brands that I gave them but they all turned their noses. Instinct apparently puts crack in their freeze-dried food or something because all my pets are addicted.

My dog absolutely loves this treat! She gets it sprinkled on top of her food, and she just gobbles it up. I've also used it for nose play-I break them in half and hide it and she "hunts" for them. My dog is very treat motivated, so my husband and I use this when we want to teach/train her to do things. And the great thing about it is it's great for their gut! My only complaint is that it has chicken as one of its ingredients. I try to limit that and wish the company would make this out of pure pumpkin; or another probiotic/gut healthy ingredient. ... show more
