This air conditioner works really well. We cut a hole in our bedroom wall and installed it. Now we don't have to run the central AC at night. The noise level is not bad, makes a white noise we can sleep to. The remote has a lock feature, which makes it easy to turn on without reseting.

The unit itself is great and easy to install. It arrived with all the hardware needed - which I appreciate. I deducted a star cause the metal vent on the back of my unit arrived with some damage which cut up my hands and wrist while I was installing it :( The box it was shipped in didn’t have any significant damage, so I suspect this may have happened before it was packaged. With that being said, I’ve had no issues with it. The controls are straightforward and I like the convenience of the remote. It cooled down my room (about 200 sq ft) in less than an hour during an unexpected Texas heatwave. I’ve had several different window units and the noise level for this unit is decent. Most of the time I can tune it out. I have my unit set to the energy saver mode, so I do hear it switch on and off throughout the day. My Senville AC unit works great. I placed in in a bedroom approximately 9x12. It really cools the room. The AC actually gets cold. Some reviews have said that it was noiseless. It does produce some noise but it's not so much that it will run you out of the room. I really appreciate this unit.
