I've purchased this brand of hair many times before. However, I usually purchase it directly from the store. I am not sure if I received a few bad batches, but it was terrible. It didn't feel like human hair at all. It became very matted and tangled very easily. It also was extremely dry even on day one and didn't hold curls.
