Amazon shipped this without the necessary USB bit that allows it to be used with PC's. DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET if you plan to use it with a PC it requires a small usb component that they didn't ship it with . Also the voice that tells you what battery it has left is annoying, it randomly disconnects, and is generally designed for cellphone headset users for some reason. Amazon and sennheiser really let me down here. ... show more

We bought two of these because we are very happy with the Sennheiser corded headsets that we currently use. These would not charge, so we ordered a charging stand. Still nothing. We sent all of it back.
