    • Amazon was great. Sena has no true support.
My daugter and her boyfriend bought a Sena helmet blue tooth set as a gift for me for my birthday. Out of the box neither unit would charge. I was never able to establish a viable connection to Sena. Phone doesn't work. Regular email doesn't work. They did eventually connect me into some email and ticket based support system but there was no progress. Time between messages was multiple days and each message was starting over as if a new tech person was contacting me for the first or second time. After weeks of trying I simply sent back to Amazon for a refund. Amazon was great. Sena on the other hand, continues to send the repeated initial outreach type of emails even after I've replied to multiple emails sharing that I returned the set to Amazon. I've gone so far as to reply with snarky messages directing them to look back at prior communication to see that they've been notified multiple times. No change. Today it is five months later and as if it's Groundhog day, I get the following message. "Hi William, I do apologize for the inconvenience before we can do an RMA we need to check first the serial # to verify if the device is still under warranty or not." ... show more
