I searched and read review after review looking for the right sign distributor. None came close to this one. I purchased as Christmas gifts for my kids. They arrived packaged so well. Not a ding or scratch. All the pieces and parts in their own tidy little packages within the shipping box. The colors are VIBRANT. Assembly and hanging are a breeze. The dimmer switches and remotes controls are a must! They make the signs so cool and easy to operate. I love that they don't emit any heat. Not from the power supply or sign itself. They make the perfect night lights for my kids, especially with remote to dim them and set timers. My friends have seen them and loved them so much, they asked for the link to order for their kids, husband's garage, wedding, etc. If you're still looking around at what's out there or what's best, these are it. We have zero complaints. Firstly, the customization options are easy - pick your size, how many characters, pick your color and pick your options. Second, it's fast. We were given a time of 3 weeks for custom build and delivery; we received it in 1.5 weeks. We were expecting the quality of "neon" you see in big box stores in their novelty area. Right out the box, you could see there was quality in this. We bought the chain hanging kit instead of wall mount which was the better choice IMO. You not only get the forward light, but the color also backfills the wall behind it. Plus, it is insanely bright! We got the line dimmer option with our order and it turned out to be a smart choice. Perfect addition to a bedroom, game room or computer room.

sign is awesome - the clickable brightness options are great, it’s durable, and the texture is a firm sort of rubbery finish and looks just like a classic neon sign even tho is LED. very happy with it :)
