I think this product is great for those who are starting out (geared towards kids who are reluctant to practice) because it is fun to play but not challenging. I liked how on some pieces, there are different parts in case a group wanted to play (2nd alto and bari ). Overall, I did like it, and I'll save it for my new students :) ... show more

I do not play the alto saxophone. My son is in middle school band and I bought this book for him. When he plays Hedwig's Theme....it takes me back to the first Harry Potter movie. I am so happy I bought this book for him.
