It has these rods that run through the center and you can adjust how tight they fit against you. I would run these with under armor or like because it's not soft and I would imagine in hot weather it would not be fun. When it comes to how it feels it makes you stand straight and it does pin my shoulders back. I don't feel much of a pinch in the shoulders and forgot I even had it on for a good hour. Removes odors, stains, brightens colors, and leaves clothes cleaner than anything else I've ever used, and more than all of the above, it leaves absolutely no residue whatsoever on clothing, which means I am never irritated by an article of clothing that didn't rinse particularly well. Given the fact that only the smallest scoop is needed even for a large front-loader, this package lasts an incredibly-long time as well. This is the only time I can get excited about a detergent.

I bought 2 back braces: 1 for myself and the other for my husband due to us both having back issues. I bought it to wear for work but tested it out while I was gardening. Usually when I’m in the yard and bending over for long periods of time my back aches. But after wearing this brace and working for approximately 2 hours in the yard. I had no issues. Great !!!!

My shoulders are considerably broader than what this is designed to help with. If your shoulders are closer to the width if your hips, this will work perfectly, i just dont reccomentld wearing it for a full work day, it bunches up any under fabric and chafes something awful even with a unitard. For me, its become an exercise aide. Great for lifting and carrying, but it doesnt give me any shoulder support. I was hoping it would help square me up, but again, my shoulders are just too broad for it to help. Its uncomfortable bafter about 4 hours and unbearable after 6, i pushed through to a full 12 hour day and i wont wear it for more than a 4 hour stretch again. Ill have to find somethinf else for posture support. Still, excellent fir my daily work out.

I have used this product for years & feel very satisfied with it. It does an extremely good job with my laundry as well as being economical. It was advertised from the beginning as having no fillers i.e. ash etc. & I assume that it still has none. There is no residue left in my machine which leaves me to believe that this remains true.

My family has used the Amway SA8 for years. I have very sensitive skin and there is nothing on the market that works for me like the Amway SA8. It doesn't require a large amount and 1-box last for months!! Also, if you have a septic tank this is one of the better products to use as it has low phosphates.

the size is a little smaller than stated. I got an xl should have gotten an xxl but have never worn a xxl anything. the side straps relate directly to how much it pulls on the shoulder straps, so the more you tighten the side straps the tighter the shoulder straps pull down and back. these are not the most comfortable and I wouldn't wear it for a long period of time. if you don't wear a shirt with it. DO NOT pull side straps tight it will give you a rash when you sweat

My doctor recommended this product for posture correction over the more expensive options that you can get in medical supply stores. I have been wearing it as directed and have noticed better posture. As someone who sits at my computer every day for work and has a tendency for slouching it is great to have the reminder to sit up straight!
