This machine gets the job done! I would have given 5 stars but I dislike that on some of settings the wash and spin cycle is noisy. I also dislike the condensation dryer option. However, I am satisfied with my purchase.

The best thing about this machine is that you don't ever have to go and wash your clothes again, maybe your large comforters and heavy stuff but for the most part you can wash most everything. Very convenient. The only con i have is that it's heavy

The media could not be loaded. I love it it’s easy to use , easy setup cleans clothes really well no complaints here I’m ordering a tube so I can use the real dry but the vent dry works too clothes feel damp but dry completely fast definitely recommend

Wash cycle shook alot and the washer moved out - dryer cycles leak water out of the dryer vent area. Because of my location they can't find a technician to repair it. Been sitting in my house not able to be used since the day after it arrived .
