Assembly was very quick and easy. No tools needed, you just have to insert each wheel and the handle into the body. It's easy to open and close the wagon. To open, just spread it manually and then press down in the middle of the floor to lock it open. To close it, just pull the handle in the middle of the floor and then bring the ends together. There is no strap to lock it closed or anything, but it does well to just stay closed on its own - it hasn't opened automatically or anything on me. The wheels are plastic with tires that are a very hard rubber-like material or soft-ish plasticky material, almost vinyl-like. The wheels are far stronger than they look in the product pictures. Based on how they looked in the pictures, I wasn't sure they'd be very good, but they're definitely solid and should hold up just fine. The handle is strong, despite some wobble in the bottom of the two joints where the telescoping sections meet. Thru engineering magic, the handle always returns to it's upright position, which is very cool. It is a surprisingly strong force raising/holding up the handle. And I like the plastic pieces affixed over the spring buttons of the telescoping handle (see photo). They definitely make it easier to press the buttons to recess the handle. The drink holders are fine. It does take a little effort to get my normal-sized stainless steel insulated water bottle in. Anything smaller (e.g. 12 oz cans, plastic water bottles) should fit easily.

Pros: Assembly was super easy. Basically just putting in 4 wheels and a handle. No tools required. Folds and unfolds easily. Stands up when collapsed and doesn't take much room. Easy to pull Cons: It doesn't look as rugged as I thought it would be. My initial idea was to use it for outdoor work and to put gardening tools in it. It might still be possible as it's rated for over two hundred pounds, but I think I'll use something a little more rugged that can handle pointy equipment and heavy bags of soil. For groceries and moving things around the house (for example if you're hanging a lot of pictures/artwork and need to carry several frames, and hardware from room to room, it should be fine. Also, I didn't check the measurements before ordering, but I was surprised by how small it is. I thought it would be a little taller. I still think it has it's uses.

My main reason for getting this cart was to haul my little ones and their stuff back and forth to the pool this summer, but this wagon can be used for so much more. I have hauled pool supplies out to the pool, carried shelves and cabinet fronts across grass and rocky terrain, and entertained a two-year-old and four-year-old by pulling them over to their Nana and Papa's house. This wagon handled every assignment beautifully. It handled just as well on the rocky driveway as it did on my hardwood floors. The kids loved the little drink holder pockets on the exterior. A word to anyone who is hauling kids in the wagon...if you let go of the handle, it will bounce back to the upright position, thus smacking any little one sitting by it in the head. I am just so impressed by the solid build of this wagon and it's load capacity. I can't wait to see what else it can do. While I like how quickly and easily it folds up for storage, I don't see this wagon spending a lot of time in that position.
