I was a bit skeptical about the mesh sides. I wanted to wait until I tried it out for a few months and I absolutely love this wagon! This utility cart has been one the best things we have purchased on Amazon. We use it for groceries, laundry, loading and unloading miscellaneous items from car to house. We safely carry our granddaughter in her car seat in this wagon. She LOVES it! Whenever we need to transport bulky or heavy items, this has made it those tasks EASY! The large wheels make it easy to maneuver over bumps, cracks, wedges that are found on the ground. Make your life easy - BUY IT, you will thank me later!

As much as I like this cart, and it works well, what they need to do is add a pivot point to the base of the handle where it connects to the cart, so that it can swing side to side just like how a pallet jack works to make steering easier. The other minor complaint that I have is the fabric of the basket attaching to the base. It should "lock" into place. Also, don't fully extend the base when connecting the basket, or the zippers will be too difficult to pull up. Once everything is put together, it's reliable. Whilst I use this for adventures with ham radio, friends of mine use it for transporting art supplies to conventions. My mother will periodically use this for hauling laundry to the laundromat. There are a lot of uses for this cart, and it's much more portable than say, a Radio Flyer. Definitely a worthy purchase, but could use a few tweaks to make it more usable, hence the 4 out of 5 rating. In short, if you need an easy way to transport stuff, this is definitely for you.

This cart is great. Before, I purchased the big brother of this cart from Sekey. It is a long bed with 440lb. Capacity. The reality is, I didn't need one that big, as it was harder to maneuver. This had everything I was looking for. I needed a larger capacity cart but it still be easily maneuverable. I especially wanted it to have a clip so when I have the handle upright at 90 degree angle I can drive it backwards like a forklift. Something that wasn't possible on the larger cart. Lastly, even though this cart folds into a suitcase, I still much prefer it. Although it is wide, it is very slim. Slim enough for me to slide it in the back seat so that it rests vertically on the floorboard between the driver's seat and rear seat. Just love that. The previous larger one wasn't able to pull that off. The rigidity of the handle bar when turning left and right leaves a little bit to be desired, but all in all this cart was exactly what I was looking for.
