Love the orange sunburst face! This watch is a great value for the price point. It has a really comfortable bracelet that Seiko didn't hold back on its wearability. Although it is a slightly hefty watch, it still distributes well around the wrist. Not all of the weight is in the case. Everything like the date function works well. Mine came in English and Spanish. The watch is also fairly easy to read in low light even without the lume, which is spectacular and charges fast! The water resistance is good, this watch has been though the usual paces and have had it in the pool, shower, dishes, and at work. (CNC Machinist) My watch comes in at -10 sec per day ... show more

The watch is absolutely beautiful, but the face is slightly "browner" than I thought it was from the photos. I thought the face would be plain black, with a cream boarder, and a black bezel, but the face is more of a black fading to a brown-black, a cream border, and a white bezel. I don't think that is a bad thing, as it really does look great. Definitely fits that 007 aesthetic without being a copy, I just wish the photos showed that better. The metal is also very glossy. That makes it look perfect for nicer attire, but looses out on some of that rugged SKX007 character. Ultimately, I think I'm overall mixed on it. I wanted a SKX007 for the longest time but couldn't afford it. When I finally could they discontinued it and had this line. The black and white option was my favorite of the bunch so I bought it. I sort of had an expectation of the SKX007 being that perfect watch to wear with nice clothes or while being outdoors. This watch overall feels more specialized. Even better for what it is, a classy, James Bond esque quality Seiko, but it didn't fulfill the itch to still buy a (now used) SKX007. ... show more

I purchased this watch with full faith that I was getting a quality product. However, this watch has stopped working less than a year after purchase. I've tried all trouble shooting methods recommended by several websites, including Seiko, and all to no avail. It appears I got a lemon, I want to warn future buyers of my troubles. ... show more

I bought this watch for a beach vacation where I didn’t want to subject my good watch to suntan lotion and sand and salt water. I got this because it’s mechanical and if it sits in the drawer for months at a time I will never have to replace a battery. I only buy mechanical watches now for this reason. The first day I had it I wound it up, set it, wore it for the afternoon and put it on the bedside table. Woke up and it was over five minutes slow so I started thinking about a return but then tried again. This time, and consistently since then, after I first set it it goes about 15 seconds fast, but then holds that. As I am writing this I have worn it for a week and it is sitting at 11 seconds ahead of the time on my iPhone! Incredible for a mechanical watch this price. The finish is nice if a bit shiny for me but otherwise I love the look. The mesh bracelet is nice for micro-adjustments without removing links, and it’s light and low profile for swimming or fitting under a sleeve. The dive bezel clicks nicely with two clicks per minute. The lume is good and lasts all night. Overall I can’t believe a mechanical watch with this accuracy and materials can cost $200. If you have never had a mechanical watch because of price, get one. If you have expensive watches and want an accurate mechanical for banging around, get one. If you like the way it looks get one. Just get one. ... show more
