Solid watch. The metal band is nice and I don't think you'd be disappointed if you just want to stick with that. This thing is SHARP in nato straps though. Great value! This is my first mechanical watch -- I bought it from some combination of seeing similar on The Pitt and liking the dial better than considerably more expensive options. It seems well built and looks really nice. Knocking off a star for bracelet quality since it's kind of jangly. But luckily, this is a super versatile watch that pairs with almost any strap. I've been wearing on a brown NATO and it looks great. I was afraid the 39mm might be a bit large Size is good on my 7 inch wrist. Up close + mirror photo included for size perspective. Accurate. Easy to set. Taking out 2 links was easy and it fits nice. Loom is great, I wake up at night wondering what time it is, without any difficulty I can see all the hands, including the second hand, and each hour mark. It's a beautiful Automatic by Seiko, with a beautiful stainless steel band. Should you wish to switch to a different band, it takes a 20mm band.

Good everyday watch. I took the bracelet off and added a nylon strap. Wear it daily. Keeps pretty good time. The crystal is easily scratched but a sapphire crystal is available but should have been installed to begin with.

The watch arrived in perfect condition, it's very nice, and the size is perfect. The only downside was that it was sent without the original warranty.

The first week the watch was 7 minutes off. In the second week the watch was 4 minutes off. In the third week the watch was 3 minutes off. After a few months later the watch is a little over 1 minute a week off. With that in mind I have never taken the watch off. If this watch last as long as the last seiko watch I owned then this will be the last watch I ever buy. The watch is made of good material. The time it keeps is not perfect but I can live with 1 minute off a week. I did have to remove a link to make it fit my wrist. The size fit perfectly. The cost seems reasonable. I have not been surf fishing or swimming since I bought the watch but have taken showers with watch on so I can’t really speak for the water proof part yet. ... show more
