So so soooo easy to assemble. Did it all by myself so one person and a screwdriver is all you need. Looks perfect, no defects, arrived Super Fast and both the mantle and firebox (seperately boxed) arrived same day. Super sturdy, doesn't look cheap. Sorry about the photo quality but my phone is old and the camera is not so great. Only complaints are minor ones and that is that I wish the fire lights could go brighter so that it would throw off a more homey fire glow, and that the bricks where more of contrasting color like a medium to dark gray or like a gray and white marble. Haven't tried the heat yet so not sure how well it's going to heat the room. Love it. so glad I purchased this. Would definately recommend this to anyone who wants to make a room more cozy feeling. It is heavy though so make sure you asseble near where it's going to be displayed. The mantle box weighed 90lbs according to the ups sticker so you may need help getting it inside but other than that it only takes like 45 min for one person to put together.

Looks just like the picture. Easy to assemble, I did it by myself in an hour or less. Careful with the notches attached to the back piece-for sliding to lock. One of mine broke. But it worked fine still. Also, the back corner is just a flip of shelf. Not solid all the way down. It can only support about 20lbs or so on that section. Looks pretty in the house. A nice statement piece. Lots of options for flame, warmth, and glow of the logs. Nice piece overall.

I am blown away with what a great fireplace this is. It is the perfect addition to my living room and fits perfectly in the corner. For reference, that is a 32" TV on top of the mantle, so this is a big and substantial fireplace. The stone inlay is great and the whole unit just seems solid. The fire element is easy to control with the remote or on the unit and it really does put put a good amount of heat. This was my "splurge" when I moved into my new place, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Product is heavy but gorgeous!A bit challenging to put together but once done it was exceptional.This was placed in my home daycare and it’s very sturdy!The fireplace creates enough warmth if needed but is not my main reason for buying.The look well ,it’s BEAUTIFUL!

Looks cheap. It arrived super fast. That’s a plus. However, the piece was damaged. I called the company and told them my husband glued a few of the pieces but one piece the glue wouldn’t adhere to the foam. It’s six days later and I am still waiting for replacement piece. Do you think that they might’ve done something being I now have a unit basically glued together. Very poor customer support and the color is not true to the picture. Good luck wall but I don’t recommend this one

I would recommend airing this outdoors or in a garage for at least 2 weeks before bringing it indoors.. ESPECIALLY if you put it in your bedroom next to where your sleep and breath in the formaldehyde. Heater turns on when set at 62 and its 73 in the room... Company sending a new replacement fireplace assembly ..Replacement fireplace assembly is doing the same thing, the heater will come on randomly set at 62 even if it is warm in the room 73 to 75 degrees... VERY BAD!!
