  • awsome concept
the formfactor of the segway powerbank is awsome, feels very preimum, and the expandabe modular nature is unique and satisfying. i know there are objectily better batery companys out there, but this is cool tech, and nice to see effort put into the form factor. ill admit its a bit pricey at full price, but on prime day? give it a go. ... show more

  • Bad customer service.
NOTE: Not impressed with segway customer support! Brand new battery pack did not charge correctly. Keep getting a error code E02. Keep getting the run around from customer support. It's been two months and a dozen emails. Nothing from Bob about what to do with this bad battery pack. Frustrating! I won't ever buy another segway product. Update. Four months, and still nothing from customer service. Still having the same problem. Segway Doesn't back there products. ... show more

  • Customer service horrible for the CUBE SYSTEM.
I have two SP200 Segway solar panels. The manual says to use a serial connection to connect them together to get 400 watts to charge my Segway “cube”. I’ve tried messaging and talking to Segway several times and have had zero help from their so-called customer service. They don’t seem to know what a serial connection is. I’ve tried looking on Amazon, but they don’t seem to know where the serial connection is either with the three Anderson fittings, so I’m kind of stuck with 2SP 200 solar panels and a cube and I can’t double the power from the solar panels to charge the cube and the best I’ve seen with one each of the SP 200s is about 120 W in full sun perfectly aimed middle of the day in Kentucky. So I’m very unhappy. with Segway’s so called customer service. It just doesn’t seem to exist. The CUBE works well, seems like a really good solar generator. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! ... show more
