NOTE: Not impressed with segway customer support! Brand new battery pack did not charge correctly. Keep getting a error code E02. Keep getting the run around from customer support. It's been two months and a dozen emails. Nothing from Bob about what to do with this bad battery pack. Frustrating! I won't ever buy another segway product. Update. the formfactor of the segway powerbank is awsome, feels very preimum, and the expandabe modular nature is unique and satisfying. i know there are objectily better batery companys out there, but this is cool tech, and nice to see effort put into the form factor. ill admit its a bit pricey at full price, but on prime day? give it a go. ... show more
